No sign of Wes Craven, not surprising though. Also no Robert Englund or Heather Langdenkamp. That really did shock me.

Posted: 4/30/10 at 9:15amWell the reviews are mostly bad. It has a rating of 35 on Metacritic. Lots of complaints about the heavy use of "jump cuts". I was hoping this one would be good. Damn you Michael Bay!!

Posted: 4/30/10 at 12:22pmActually, the reviews I have read have not been scathing, just shrugging. All of them seem to be questioning the purpose of this remake (other than the obvious monetary reasons).
