Photoshop Question

How do you make an icon that switches from one picture to another, on Photoshop? Anyone know?

There are programs that allow you to make animated gifs. I'm not sure that you can do anything with photoshop other than create the multiple gif files that you would need to make an animated one. You can do a google search for "animated gif creator" and download an app to put them together.

BWW.com doesn't support animated gifs in avatars, though.

Oh, I know that bww.com doesn't support them. I was going to make on and put it on my livejournal. Thanks for the info, though.

Hmm...I'm not sure you can make those with Photoshop. I think that I did what little animation I did with Fireworks.
