Very sad, indeed.
That's some scary genetics going on, when she, her mother, and her grandmother all died far too young from ovarian cancer.

Oh, such a sad report.
What a terrible disease. Early detection is extremely difficult with non-specific symptoms.
Her genetic profile was, indeed, scary. Too, too young.
