Hi BWW! My daughter has made it to Seventeen Magazine's 2nd round for the Freshman 15. If she gets it, she will be a blogger for the magazine this year. She was asked to make a creative video that could not be longer than 1 minute. It was very difficult to do this and she had to teach herself how to use imovie and how to post it on youtube (she just got a MAC for graduation and has only been on it for about a week). I know there are some dubbing issues, but overall she did a great job. All I'm asking is for you to view it so she can get more traffic. Thank you for indulging me! ~ proud sm

I liked it. Rebekah appears comfortable on camera. She is pretty,confident, and looks very friendly and that goes a long way, IMO. Keep us posted and tell her,job well done!

Thank you all so much! The whole concept was her idea and she was amazed how fast one minute came up! There weren't audio issues when she made it but apparently they came through when she sent the video to youtube. I just hope Seventeen gets the concept and her personality! Nice comments on the youtube page would also be accepted. Again- thank you all so much!

Thank you sabrelady! I believe they are choosing 15 girls and she is hoping to be one of them! I really appreciate everyone who has viewed this video. Many of you have heard me talk about my kids for years so I was proud to show you a video so you could see why! Hard to believe she will be a freshman in college. She was in 7th grade when I joined BWW!

Thanks emcee and snafu- she was a little different in that when you met her at SNL- she had her jaw open in awe the whole time. She still tells people how Seth Myers brushed against her! Also, because she had to speed it up to keep it under a minute, her voice on the video is a bit higher than usual!
