AARRRGG-
To make a long story short- these are the classes I have to take next semester-
Oceanography-
An integration of the four classic disciplines of the ocean sciences: geological oceanography, chemical oceanography, physical oceanography, and biological oceanography. Course will stress the interdisciplinary nature of the ocean sciences and focus on the basic principles governing these disciplines, and the effect of each on man.
Oceanograpy Lab-
Laboratory methods for the Ocean Sciences
Professional And Technical Writing-
A composition course focusing on writing for business, science, and technology. Assignments include letters, memos, resumes, reports, proposals, an oral presentation, and the use of graphics. Students use a variety of research and investigative techniques to produce documented papers on science, business or technological subjects.
Survey Of Dramatic Literature-
A study of plays from the time of the early Greek to the current dramatists in light of the historic, philosophic, socio-political milieu of the era that promulgates the particular genre. Plays will be analyzed from a dramaturgical point of view.

A LOT!
They are deadly. There is a ton of writing in them. Plus I need my writing credit which means I have to write a 15 page paper in "Survey Of Dramatic Literature"
And I abhore Oceanograpy.
Yes, it's college and it's supposed to be somewhat hard but...I think I may die before I get a degree

Ooh, okay. Hon, don't come looking to me for pity. :) I'm about to convert to a double major on top of being in the honors program, and when I get back my seminars start in earnest. I'm so doomed it's not even funny.

do you mean that you abhore oceanography?
You won't die. It'll be hard. But you'll work through it. And you'll be a better writer and all around smarter person at the end.
Alright, so what is your major? Many people on here are music or theatre majors.
If you are and you hate Oceanography, I 100% you can find another science class to take.
Your writing class sounds like it will have a lot of assignment and busy work, but they don't sound too hard.
Your Dramatic Literature class, well if you don't have time to read all of the play, do what I do and find summaries on the internet.
