If you watch closely, they flash an image of Anthonymon in Spongebob Squarepants boxers for a second near the end.

The guy on the bed in that part is in a fairly compromising postition actually, not just one leg up.
This is just getting crazier by the minute.
First a modulation midway through the song, and now half naked Pokemon lovers.
Crazy.
