Portfolio - eek!

For college interview, I need to have a portfolio, and have no idea on how to go about putting it together.

Help?

Personally I did a scrapbook portfolio the first few pages are fact based i.e. cover letter, resume, headshot, work i've done on costumes, work ive doneon a monologue, and the rest of teh pages are photos of myself from shows i've been in...the show pages you can be really creative with i used vines for my little shop page

I have an actual scrapbook of all my stage work, including pictures, programs, reviews, and other momentos... would that be too unprofessional?
