I've ordered a lot from them. However, if you picked the "free shipping" option, it can take at least 10 business days, sometimes longer, for the DVD to arrive. If it's something I must have on the day it is released, I pay for the shipping and I pre-order from Amazon as they almost always arrive on the release date.
