The 2-disc "deluxe" edition of The Producers with Gene Wilder and Zero Mostel came out today, but on Amazon, there is no listing of dvd features, or why exactly it is "deluxe". There already exists a "special" edition, which is still only one disc.

Just wondering if anyone knows what the extras on this one are...

Thanks!

**edit - I had written "collector's" where I meant "special"

The Producers doesn't need any extras, it has amazing perormances by Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder. Watching Gene Wilder's hysterical and yet believable performance makes you realize how mannered, false and in general bad Matthew Brodericks Leo is.

The same can be said for the comparison between Mostel and Lane. THE PRODUCERS (original) is my favorite comedy film. The musical just isn't its equal.

And enjoy the beauty - all the joy and beauty - that a Merry Christmas can bring to you!
