So tomorrow I've got to stand up in a stadium of thousands of people and...speak.
The only problem? I dread public speaking. My throat constricts, my heart starts racing unnaturally fast, and my voice comes out shaky.
I figure who better to ask advice about getting up in front of an audience than theatre-lovers? Any tips on calming nerves?
