here's hoping some headhunter (in the real sense, not the honorary homosexual sense) sees what great work Rob does here and hires him as a programmer/website engineer. Places like this can make excellent "calling cards/audition pieces" for future work.

What Rob supervises here is definitely commercial. He deserves a pay-off!
