Question about Monologues & Uptempo Songs

I found a casting for a local theatre production of Nunsense (amazing) that wants a comedic monologue, a Broadway ballad, and a uptempo Broadway song all prepared...

I have a few standard B'way ballads in my rep (I'll Know, Till There Was You, etc), but I'm having difficulty finding the other two pieces.

I have a few uptempo songs I like that I'd have to learn (the only uptempo song I have in my rep right now is the dreaded Popular, haha), but I was wondering if you guys knew of any that would be appropriate for the show or if you think I could go with pretty much anything.

As far as the monologue goes, I have one that I really like, but it's actually from a TV show. It's funny and has a little bit of heart and is well-written, but is the TV show thing a big turn off? I'm having trouble finding a comedic monologue from a play online that I can relate to and isn't terribly long.

I know I've gone on far less auditions than many of you here, so any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
