Right now I'm going to school for Communication. I'll be done with my B.A. this in six months. Once I graduate, I was thinking about going back to school for either theatre, music, or a combination of the two. My question is, would I be able to attend graduate school having not really studied either of these fields as an undergrad, or would it be more beneficial for me to go back to school as an undergrad.
Also, can anyone suggest any good schools for what I'm looking for?
If anybody has any info on this or any advie...it would be greatly appreciated.

Stephen Zahn, I think that's his name, from Daddy Day Care, the movie where he plays treckie guy. Went to Harvard grad after attending a junior college. Grad schools will prefer you to have exp and a ba if its performance MFA, but for an MA its practically a history degree, and well you would just need to catch up on the theatre hist you might have missed.

Posted: 4/5/06 at 1:07amPeople go to undergrads for one thing and grad schools for another all the time. You can always try for grad and if you don't get in go for the BA. It never hurts to try. You will run in to some schools that will tell you straight out that they are looking for someone with a BA or similar prof experience.
