I have an iPod video, and I was wondering if it is posible to transfer DVDs to it. I know you can do it with CDs.

*I checked online to see if I could get this questioned answered, but nothing came up, so it's all up to you guys.

No, you can't. I wish! That'd be nice, but I guess Tivo is saying that sometime this year we will be able to transfer things we've recorded on it to our iPods!

I guess that's okay. They don't have good stuff, though, on iTunes.

You can use Videora to convert any type of video file. You can use the DVD converter they provide to rip off your DVD files.

I'm so mad...when I get the regular iPod, they come out with new ones that are in color and show video...ugh!

Macworld is in just a matter of hours. There should be a number of announcements so stay tuned.

IMTOO has a nice DVD to Ipod converter software it's not too expensive, and it works really well, you could always try that or as someone else suggested rip your DVDs to your harddrive and use Videora to convert it. I use both and am fairly satisfied thouat Videora sometimes has synch issues, but other than that it's great :)

I have a video converter I'm not sure if you can use it for Macs but I got it for free I'll get the link for ya!

http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/

I used it to convert my videos and yes if you have a dvd player on your computer and convert the movie to the right file you should be able to put it on your ipod. I haven't tried yet so don't take this as if I know for sure.
