RCN vs Spectrum Internet in NYC

Hi.  Anyone have any experience with both TW Spectrum and RCN internet service in the New York City?  Looking for some feedback.  Trying to decide which one to get.  Thanks in advance.

Spectrum is AWFUL. The worst service I've ever had. I'm constantly using my hotspot because Spectrum WiFi is extremely unreliable and weak. I only use it because my apartment is not zoned for any other service. In my last apartment, I had RCN and didn't have anywhere near the problems I have with Spectrum. If I make one impact in my lifetime, it's convincing people to not use Spectrum.

If you can get RCN, go with them. They don't service every area in the city, which they don't actually say on their website...annoying, but true.
