REALLY need help....Guy singer in trouble

Hello all,

I thought I'd put it to the general knowledge that is out there what might be a few good audition songs for guys. I know this is at first a stupid question in some regards given how much there is to chose from.

I would like to know, however, some up-tempo songs for a tenor voice from the maybe older Musical Theatre repetoire. I have found there's lots of great 'new' ballads out there and thus require for my Uni audition an older uptempo song to contrast the newer ballads.

Please, any thoughts would be so greatly appreciated!

I have found She Loves Me from She Loves Me to be a really good choice...

I don't know any off the top of my head but you could go to Amazon.com and order sheet music for tenors through a search.

Check out the OCR of "Brigadoon" if you are looking for something that won't be sung by 15 other guys!

Check out the Singers Musical Theater Anthology. They have books made for tenors with every song you could ever think of.
