Read the whole article and be scared, very scared. Excerpt:
In state after state, Republican operatives — the party's elite commandos of bare-knuckle politics — are wielding new federal legislation to systematically disenfranchise Democrats. If this year's race is as close as the past two elections, the GOP's nationwide campaign could be large enough to determine the presidency in November. "I don't think the Democrats get it," says John Boyd, a voting-rights attorney in Albuquerque who has taken on the Republican Party for impeding access to the ballot. "All these new rules and games are turning voting into an obstacle course that could flip the vote to the GOP in half a dozen states."
Block the Vote: Will the GOP's campaign to deter new voters and discard Democratic ballots determine the next president?
sounds like a certain election not so long ago in chicago. or one in kenya.

The GOP has to do everything they can to combat all the "Mickey Mouse" votes that the Dems have registered.

Let's dispense with that straw man for once and for all. There is not voter fraud IF NOBODY REGISTERED UNDER THOSE STUPID FAKE NAMES SHOWS UP TO VOTE. Get it? As part of federal voter registration law, a group like ACORN has to turn in possibly fraudulent registrations. It's how the system is designed and works. They did what they were supposed to do, as people who register new voters must do in order to according to the law.
How is that equivalent to suppressing Democratic voters, huh Goth?
'elp, 'elp, ah'm bein' suppressed.

That'd be funny if it hadn't been documented. REAL Americans of every stripe should be concerned. But there I go again, having high hopes that a country filled with people who go around saying how great the place is would actually do something to aspire to maybe, I dunno, half its potential.

Yeah, because we all know that all those fake registrations aren't going to used by Dems to "prove" voter suppression.
i guess it depends on your definition of "real americans."
So how is it exactly Mickey Mouse actually votes on 11/4?
Isn't there a polling center in the Magic Kingdom? It's right behind Cinderella's castle.

::::Yeah, because we all know that all those fake registrations aren't going to used by Dems to "prove" voter suppression.:::
That doesn't even make SENSE. ACORN reported the fraudulent names, as they were required to do. Which, somehow got turned around into a Republican "discovery" of voter fraud.
Then again, Republicans somehow ignored a Democratic presidential nominee's war record by appealing to the worst impulses of Americans and convinced them that a dude who went AWOL from a fricking champagne unit of the national guard was somehow more qualified to be commander in chief.
AND WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT TURNED OUT.
