Totally true. but there are far worse culprits of that one than I.
But you can easily imagine how traffic here will plummet. Prolific posters won't be able to fire off so many messages, loading threads alone will take longer and longer...
It won't be pretty.

Well, not to stray too far off topic, but how do you post so quickly? Or am I just way more of a dinosaur than I think I am?
Still, you surely see my point with this one. Nothing has come to pass yet, but this measure was designed to stop major communications companies from putting these dampers on "non-premium" sites.
