Do you ever find youself saying, "Oh, I'll read this one last post, but then I have to go..." Then you read another one, another one, type something, read another one, and so on until you've been on for another hour or more?

or else you feel like maybe if you stay on for a few more minutes someone will respond to your post...and you don't want to miss it...so those few more minutes turn itno an hour...or more.
