Recording of Terrence Mann performing "Maybe Then Someday"?

I thought I would post this on the "Off-Topic" board, just to make sure I don't get yelled at. :)

Terrence Mann had a guest spot on the short-lived TV series "Love Monkey," playing Gordon Decker, a rock star who abandoned the music business after only one album. At the end of the episode, he performed a cover of "Maybe Then Someday," a song originally performed by Abandoned Pools. (In the show, it's supposed to be one of the songs intended for his unreleased sophomore album.) The song is brilliant no matter who sings it, but I thought Mann's vocal performance blew away the original. I'm on a quest to find a copy of the complete performance, rather than just what was used in the episode. (I'm assuming the entire vocal track was recorded, as the vast majority of it can be heard under dialogue.)

It seems as though Mr. Mann is working at Western Carolina University, but for obvious reasons, he's not listed on the faculty page, and there is no e-mail address for him. His official page went out of service in 2003 (yet is still being paid for, apparently, as it's still up). I thought I'd throw this out there in case somebody might be able to help. Thanks!
