Wonder if they're on CD.
I love my Phyllis Diller CDs.

Posted: 5/9/05 at 10:59pmI don't know if they're available on CD. It seems as if they make fewer and fewer comedy cds. Unless they are of the Redneck variety. I remember loving Lily Tomlin's Appearing Nightly recording. I would love to be able to hear it again.

Saw Tessie in "Something's Afoot" 9 million years ago ? I believe she played a Miss Marple type of character
Totie would have been great in Minnie's Boys. Read a book about Groucho which basically said he was a self hating Jew & Totie would remind everyone, beyond a doubt , that they were Jewish. Everyone wanted her except Groucho. He wanted Shelly Winters . He was slipping into it @ that point
A few years back, there was a show about Totie, Belle Barth & a 3rd woman comedian joining up in heaven & recounting their careers. Cannot remember the title though
