Rescuing Senior Dogs

Perhaps the most rewarding but also the most heart wrenching practice. Keenan, my 14 year old abused rescue (he is a product of a very abusive home , who only recently stopped flinching from an outstretched hand) had a seven minute grand mal seizure on Friday. Has been in the hospital ever since. Perhaps the most gentle souls I have ever worked with. They are saying brain tumor... He has had a great life this past year! Possibly the only love he has known.
