He died in los Angeles at 74
I used to love watch his money pitches on late night local Tv . the best was $ 5 for a crucifix which contained a small piece of wood from the cross Christ died on.

He was entertaining. I enjoyed watching him as well.
I would care more if there was a link to tell me who the hell this person was...

My God, you're lazy! Jrbyactor posts a video blog about Bruno and you ask him to write it down for you. Do you have to be spoon-fed everything?
Reverend Ike was an iconic preacher man in NYC who loved God and loved money, and was very open about both those things. He was amazing to watch, and incredible performer. He allowed the Sugarhill gang to perform in his church (shall I post a link about them, too?)
Reverend Ike
Somebody once called in my name to be put on Rev. Ike's prayer list. It was done as a joke, of course. Imagine my surprise when I received a prayer cloth in the mail. I was supposed to pray with it and send it back...with a healthy donation to Big Ike.
I would have used it to whipe up a little something 'sticky' and sent it right back.
Bizarre double post. It's the power of Rev. Ike from beyond the grave. Updated On: 7/31/09 at 05:47 PM

"Ghost,
If you had an ounce of brains, you would know that Mr. Roxy has a habit of not posting links to anything.
That's what my post was referring to.
Besides, I still don't care who he is.
Do you have a sandy vag?"
Fully aware of Mr R's lack of linking. If you don't care about it, why post? It's a waste of bandwidth. Now what's your excuse for insisting jrb write something that he'd already made a vidblog for? And what is your disgusting obsession with putting abrasive substances in a person's private parts? Someone should report you to the mods for that.I'm pretty sure that's against the rules, since you've lately been such a stickler for them. Matter of fact, I think insulting me for only my "ounce of brains" probably falls under that catagory too.
Again, how dumb are you?
jrby did post his thoughts in that other thread.
Sarcasm seems to go right over your head. Even when it has nothing to do with you.

"Please post with courtesy (and common sense) - no use of profanity, obscenities, or name calling.
No personal attacks - we all have different opinions - disagree with the view, not with the person".
Think you can manage that, Diva? Your last post was nothing but an attack on me, and previous ones involved obscenities and disgusting acts, none of which had anything to do with the thread.
To quote you: "Follow the rules or don't post".

I answered your question, which you have clearly made plain you had no interest in to begin with. Your only reason for posting was to mock Roxy You're a hypocrite.
And again with the childish name-calling. Trust me, it takes a lot more than the likes of you, cowardly hiding behind your internet anonymity to hurt my feelings, ya big cowardly bully. Wait, where's your cohorts to back you up?
Better luck next time.

My answer was:"Trust me, it takes a lot more than the likes of you, cowardly hiding behind your internet anonymity to hurt my feelings, ya big cowardly bully".
Since you seem to have trouble understanding that, the short answer is "Nope. It takes more than that to hurt my feelings". Though it's interesting knowing that that is your intent. Bet that's against the rules too.
"Suck it"
A really intelligent and mature response. The more you speak, the uglier and more juvenile your responses get.
And actually, my original answer was simply to inform you who Rev Ike was, since you seemed ignorant of who he was.

"Not ignorant, I just don't care about douchebags"
Now Reverend Ike is a douchebag? Then why did you ask who he was?
As to the quotes, what about them? Massofmen is someone delusional enough to think people should call her the "Prophet of Broadway'. Seriously, someone like that needs help. I'll concur the STFU was uncalled-for and that I will apologize for. The second was a joke between Mister Matt and myself, and the rest I stand by.(I told someone they didn't have the facts to support their erroneous statement? Oh, the horror!)
I could spend fifteen minutes and come up with all kinds of vileness you've posted about other people, but I don't have another second to spend of your negative energy. If you want to take this up further, pm me, and let those who want to mourn the Right Reverend Ike in peace.
I don't mean to interrupt this heated argument; however, I just remembered that not only did I receive a prayer cloth but I also got a prayer rug. I was supposed to kneel on it, pray and return with my love donation to have all my wishes fulfilled.
I hope these rugs and cloths were sanatized.
That's disturbing.

For those of you wondering why I have so many back to back posts, its because the mods saw fit to delete posts from someone making unnecessary attacks on me that had nothing to do with the thread.

And proud of it, unlike many of his colleagues. He made no bones about it.
The theater is georgeous
I have been in it many times. I got a guided tour of it a few years ago. It is worth a visit to see & hear the massive pipe organ play.

Yea! What happened to the picture of MY massive organ?

Ghostlight told someone to STFU? Isn't that cause for suspension?
It should be...
Repost the massive organ pic, Diva. I'm sure we'd all like to see that.
