What's a shame is that an adult male can honestly think the "I didn't know I had to pay taxes" routine would work. Granted that's not exactly what his defense was.. but please - he's a bad book keeper? He didn't realize how much he'd have to pay? I could understand if he was off by a few grand - heck - even 10-20 grand. But this is/was not the case.

His 15 minutes should have been up long ago based on his lack of integrity and morals - forget about the show - he's had several "incidents" with the law...

Prison seems uneccessary, I agree Addy - but steep fines for sure. And he's pretty much put himself at the top of the IRS audit list for the rest of his lifetime..

its one thing to not pay your taxes because youre struggling and cant afford to, but when you have a million dollars that was given to you for free and you dont pay taxes on that, you have no excuse
