Can't shake the dream casting, having seen Jimbo exiting Divorce Court in his new hornrim glasses. Amy Poehler would made a dandy Dina Matos. Think of those scenes at TGI Fridays, where they down Pina Colados and negotiate with Dina's boytoy.

Cheri Oteri as the TGIF Bartender who refuses to let the rum-filled Dina drink another Pina Colada and drive.

"Just let me get my hand on that stick shift" says the Moranis Jimbo. And off they go.

I tell you, this is a movie that would work. (Remember the brilliant Holly Hunter film -- was it written by Jane Anderson? -- about the Texas cheerleading Mom?? That's my model)

Thank you, thank you Lildogs. I revere that movie. Used to have a taped off cable version. Alas, I'm not sure it's available on dvd. You've inspired me to check Amazon.
