I want the head of Karl Rove on a plate.
Dick Cheney's would do.
Wow. Read this snippet carefully:
"Fitzgerald is considering whether he can bring charges of a criminal conspiracy perpetrated by a group of senior Bush administration officials. Under this legal tactic, Fitzgerald would attempt to establish that at least two or more officials agreed to take affirmative steps to discredit and retaliate against Wilson and leak sensitive government information about his wife."
Sounds like Rove and Cheney could be charged with criminal conspiracy. Wouldn't that be thrilling?
The amazing thing about living through his emerging piece of history id that everyone watching this situation, Republican and Democrat, knows in their hearts that Rove and Cheney were behind the attempt to discredit Wilson and his wife. The only question is what can be proven. But no one, including Republicans, thinks Rove and Cheney's hands were clean.
