THE HOLIDAY
ENCHANTED
THE PALM BEACH STORY
SOPHIE'S CHOICE
BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY
FRENCH LIEUTENANT'S WOMAN
CABARET (a weird kind of romantic)

I need to add a few epic romantic musicals, my favorite:
THE KING & I (I can't get through "Shall We Dance?" without having a smile printed on my face through the whole thing)
THE SOUND OF MUSIC
WEST SIDE STORY

i still have my VHS...I don't think anything beats watching Bogie pull that boat through the muck for true love...and when he makes his last request to marry her...swoon... SPOLIER ALERT!!
And then of course, Huston gives us the deus ex machina of the floating torpedoes...such a great movie!

SOPHIE'S CHOICE? A good movie, and all that, but I've seen autopsy footage more romantic.

Stingo's idealized view of Sophie is quite romantic as well. I looooove the romantic aspects of this film.
