"As a devout Mormon, Mitt Romney is not allowed to drink alcohol, coffee and tea or smoke cigarettes - but he does have some surprising guilty pleasures.
The politician revealed in an interview with Kelly Ripa that he is a big fan of Jersey Shore star Snooki, loves peanut butter and prefers to sleep naked.

"Speaking about Snooki, he said: 'Look how tiny she's gotten. She's lost weight. She's energetic. Just her spark-plug personality is kind of fun

"Romney's wife also appeared alongside the presidential candidate and recounted a story of walking in on George W. Bush getting a massage at the White House once. When meeting him in the elevator later he winked and said to her: 'I look pretty good, don't I?'

I thought Mormons wore the magic underwear. It says a lot about Mitt's character and judgement for a man running for President to admit he sleeps nude and likes Snooki. He was so open with Kelly Rippa, as if he has nothing to hide. Wish he would release his tax returns so we can all see how sneaky (and wealthy) of a business man he really is!

All presidents and nominees have a moment when they try to show that they are real people, so I don't begrudge him for trying to show a little levity.

But what makes it a total fail is that it makes him look more unnatural than relatable.
