I sware there was a thread on this topic and I sware I searched. However, I couldn't find it.
Anyhow- yesterday at college was called "Student Showcase." Its a bunch of little acts, dances, monolouges and whatnot. When one scene was done, you could walk around and watch from the house. After my scene, I walked up and I sat basically where I walked in. There were 2 people in front of me...seemed like a couple (55-60 yrs old)
The whole da*n time they were complaining how boring, stupid, dull, and pointless it was and how they were wasting their time. **Mind you, the rest of the audience was hysterical**
I couldn't move my seat since the house was pretty full but listening to these people, I wanted to SCREAM! For G-d's sake, this is like the only FREE the college has. THEY COULD HAVE LEFT AT ANY MOMENT!
It didn't specifically offend me even though I was in it but it was absolutely rude and uncalled for in any circumstance.
