Okay, I can't believe I'm asking this. But everyone always has remedies for sore throats.

I am suffering the WORST runny nose and stuffyness. I have taken allegra and clariton-d. NEITHER have worked. Cannot take Benadryl or Sudafed because they make me very sick to my stomach.

Trying Theraflu tonight and it's not exactly showing any good work yet.

Does ANYONE have a remedy? I can't take this anymore. It's so embarassing. AND it's running as I'm laying in bed trying my best to fall asleep. I haven't slept in a few days.

OK it can be gross, but it works, in in the bathroom and close the door, turn the hot water on in the sink as hot as you can, after it starts steaming take a towel and drape it over your head then lean over the sink so that the towel traps the steam in. Stay there for about 10 minutes. The steam will break up the gunk in your nose and it will come pouring out. It is disgusting at the time, but it helps get it out, do this 3 times a day until it stops. It shouldn't take long. Hope you feel better!
