wow... I don't know enough about the context of this to know what to think...
The description says "In Soviet Russia"... !
Soviet houses and apartments did not look like that! It looks to me like a take-off or at least it was patterned after an American TV show. I can tell you, there are better examples of Russian TV comedy.
