SPOILERS movie "Red Dirt" - can someone tell me how it ends?

dang dvd kept messing up especially at the end and I finally gave up (rental) ... I got as far as the two guys kissing ... then had to restart and ff some to get past where it was freezing ... so it looked like the Griffith character realized he was in love with Lee, but was staying in Mississippi while Lee was moving out to Texas (?) So ... were they planning to get back together at some point? Anything happen past this? It had to be near the end of the movie, but after about 5 tries I said to heck with it. Hoping somebody can answer or PM me and let me know exactly what happens at the end. Thanks!! :)

i have that movie, but it's been a while since i've seen it. and i'm not good at remembering endings. which is a good thing when it comes to repeated viewings!

Thanks, DGrant! What I figured, wanted to make sure since I couldn't get as far as the credits. Got to where even with ff'ing it was freezing. Thanks again ... I really appreciate it!

I was IMMEASURABLY disappointed in this ending - yes, I like happy endings! If you were enjoying the development of the boys' relationship, but look for a different ending, I recommend A HOME AT THE END OF THE WORLD.
