San Francisco performer moving to NYC...needs help!

Hey everyone! I was wondering if there is anyone who would be willing to share a little advice and knowledge! I'm 27 and living in San Francisco right now...but moving to NYC in September or October. I'm looking for a sublet or roommate situation in a great neighborhood in manhattan. Ideally, I'm not looking to spend more than 800-1000/mo. I'm a lot of fun, responsible, non-smoker...all those good roommate, tenant qualities we all strive to be! :)
