I'm starting to fall in love with the old episodes. They are wonderfully creative and ****ing hilarious!
I personally love the Opera Man sketch.
"El dozo..."
Any other classic skits someone would like to add?

Total Bastard Airlines is one I really love. David Spade is a genius.
After a guy and Spade have an argument: "Oh, yeah...what was I going to say to you?....oh right...buh-bye."

Isn't it funny that to some people Opera Man and David Spade are considered old and classics?

I liked David Spade and Opera Man!
It's just funny how every year it's said that the show is bad and not as good as it was five years ago. EVERY year!

SNL lost its comedic edge after its first 2 years, or so
Once the original group broke up SNL became passé.
Give me Rosanna any day.

i actually saw the justin timberlake episode for the first time today and I HATE him, but it was actually really funny.
"Hello, I'm Stevie Nicks. Do you like the music of my band, Fleetwood Mac? And do you like fajitas, flautas, casa dias, and other Tex-Mex specialties? Then come on down to my new restaurant in Sedona, Arizona - Stevie Nicks' Fajita Roundup. In the seventies, I dedicated myself to witchcraft, Lindsay Buckingham, and cocaine. But now I use that same energy and dedication to bring you an affordable dining experience you'll never forget."
(to the tune of Rhiannon)
"Chicken fajitas taste real fine,
wouldn't you love to eat them?
My chips and salsa are mighty fine,
no one round here can beat 'em."

I couldn't quite remember, it was so long ago....
Ba Ba Wawa, and
Roseanne Rosanna-Dana
THAT was Saturday Night Live.
Even though I wasn't alive then. The original cast had it nailed. Period. The only cast that came close was during the Eddie Murphy years, but even then it wasn't as cutting edge as it had been. Anything from the first 5 years is pure gold.
the best casts were from when it began and the early-mid 90s, in my opinion.
"Hello my name is Simon, and I like to do drawrings..."
I loved that.
