Saw Lea Salonga in concert last night

Last night Lea Salonga was in concert at The Walt Disney Concert Hall here in Los Angeles. She was fantastic! What a clear, angelic voice she has!

This was the 2nd time that I had seen her in concert. The first time was 3 years ago at Carneige Hall. Saw her twice in "Les Miz" as Fantine, and twice back in 1991 right after "Miss Saigon" had opened in NYC - a few weeks before she won her Tony Award. Also, saw her in "Flower Drum Song" in NYC and at NY Pops at Carneige Hall last year.

She opened the show with "Something's Coming" from "West Side Story" and continued with more Broadway songs...

She a few songs in her native tounge, as well, a song from her forthcoming "Cinderella" production.

It was a wonderful evening and she clearly enjoyed herself and the audience LOVED HER!
