Hi, I'm auditioning for schools this week, and I was planning on singing "Someone Like You" from Jekyll & Hyde. I've sung it in voice lessons quite a bit recently and it sounds very good. However, I am afraid that it is overdone. I also heard Frank Wildhorn is not well-liked at New York auditions. I could really use some advice. My other thought was "Not for the life of me" from Millie. I really like this song, and I thought it was more original. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
if you're auditioning for college, do not use EITHER of those. Anyone will tell you NEVER to use Wildhorn for an audition and Millie is way overdone.
