Scott Alan & Being Alive Sheet Music Question...

When you go to purchase some of his sheet music, you have the option to either buying a male or female (version, i'm assuming) of the song. Does anyone know the difference between the two? I really like I'm A Star, and I was curious to know if I bout the male one, if id be in a different key or something like that.

Also, this is completely random. Does anyone know if it's possible to get Being Alive in the same key that Boyed Gains sang in the Roundabout revival? I have the vocal selections that has the same cover as the CD, but it's in a much much higher key.

For Being Alive, I saw a version with the highest note being E. ("Be" in the last "being alive") It was in one of those big anthology collection books.
