Posted: 2/28/05 at 10:54pmOkay, please help me! I am so confused about which is which! Last night (at the Oscars) which one was wearing the yellow dress and which was wearing the blue/black dress? I thought it was Selma Hayek in the yellow, but the papers all said that was Penelope. On the red carpet, they interviewed Penelope Cruz, and I could have sworn she was wearing blue or black or whatever. Did they get the wrong name? Am I going crazy?? HELP!!!

Okay, then they DEFINITELY messed up the name on the red carpet, unless I am going TOTALLY insane! So it was SELMA who introduced that song, then? Thanks guys!
Also, does anyone have a link to pictures of each of them from last night? I tried searching on google, but didn't really come up with anything helpful. I need to see to believe.

check out yahoo... they have a huge photo section from the red carpet... i know i saw penelope in there when i was searching for emmy

Okay, so I checked yahoo, and I guess I was wrong. 
But seriously, did anyone else watch the preshow or whatever last night (the red carpet thing)? They interviewed someone who was wearing a blue dress who I am almost positive they said was Penelope Cruz because I remember thinking that she wasn't as gorgeous as everyone always says, or something, but apparently it was Selma Hayek. Does anyone know what the heck I am talking about?

which red carpet coverage? that'd be great if they screwed it up. i can hear the torrent of Spanish at the publicist now...
But maybe Cruz saved her (stunning) yellow gown for the stage, and arrived on the red carpet in something else.
When Beyonce KEPT singing, i would say to my Oscar gathering (of each of her new looks) "you know, her mother made that dress."
Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys.
