Sen Vitter: typical family values, sanctity of marriage type#1

On Monday, Vitter [R-Louisiana] acknowledged being involved with the so-called D.C. Madam. A day later, new revelations linked him to a former madam in New Orleans and old allegations that he frequented a former prostitute resurfaced, further clouding his political future.

According to the ladies on The View today, who didn't cite a source, Mrs. Vitter had previously mocked Hilary Clinton by saying that she herself would never be a "Stand by Your Man type" of the Senator cheated on her. Nope, apparently she said she would be more like the Lorena Bobbit type.
Then, after the link to the DC madame was revealed, she apparently said she DID forgive him. No news on her response to this latest revelation.

I love the words "madam" and "madame." I have no idea why.
Is it just me?

You're right, they're fabulous words. And I think prostitution is a noble profession and I think it should be totally legal.
And yet, there's something so UTTERLY hilarious when sanctimonious phoneys get caught with their pants down. "I just needed somebody to talk to."
Surrrrrre. Probably paid a lot extra for a peg job.

It should be legal, but even then, these guys would be "sinning" since prostitution would continue to be WRONG and damaging to the sanctity of marriage.
Therefore, it would still be amusing to catch them in flagrante delicto...oops, I mean, engaged in conversation with their escorts. (Honestly, I would be such a bad "escort." You couldn't pay me enough to "listen" to a Senator. Blech! But I would make a great "madam.")
