Posted: 10/14/04 at 10:40pmAnyone see bushdementia.com? I don't really believe its claims, but I'm surprised at how much more articulate Bush sounded 10 years ago. I don't think I've ever heard him speak so smoothly while in office. But it could be the video coloring my perceptions.
