(non teckkie here). How do you feed the pgs in? On the top? Face down? I hardly ever use the fax part of the printer. Need to send medical files. anyone? first try came back with a " incomplete transmission/line busy error report. Thanks.

There should be a graphic showing which way the paper needs to be fed on the fax intake area.

Go online and find the manual. If you cannot find the picture on the fax machine in the area where you input the paper to scan/fax, then perhaps you should not be faxing documents.

Phyllis - I'm totally with you on this, and not making excuses whatsoever, but....I think there may be some youngsters out there who have never heard a busy signal in their life. That is a scary thought.
