What I smell is some people who continue to want to find a genetic link to sexuality - so that they can manipulate and control it.

Oh, from the title of this thread I thought you were talking about a musical production of 'Hamlet' that played here - Chicago Shakespeare - a few years back. The Queen played by a real life transsexual opened the show with the song 'Something Stinks.'

I don't necessarily think looking for a genetic link to homosexuality is meant for control purposes. I, for one, wouldn't mind showing my fundamentalist Christian parents that it's hard-wired in my brain as opposed to a Biblical demon having inhabited my body.
