Who knew that Bloomingdales was a pick up joint?
And a quick aside for the younger generation. This story came out the year that Bloomingdales refused to give charge cards to the cast of A Chorus Line (because you know all dancers can't be trusted with credit). The cast was scheduled to do a promotional visit to Bloomingdales but they refused until Bloomingdales issued them credit cards.
Now I'll go look for one of those 1970s ads for Syms featuring Marcy Syms.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
