Movie:
Sound of Music. I watched it everyday as a little girl and can't go two weeks without watching it. I'm obsessed. I think I just can't get enough of Christopher Plummer in that.
Broadway:
Ragtime. I don't even need to explain that.

I have a special place in my heart for Kill Bill because it taught me that films did not have to follow a straight and narrow path towards conventionality
Movie:
The Wizard of Oz. This was my favroite movie when I was litlle, and I still watch it alot. Plus, it was my first musical!
Show:
Les Mis. This was the first stage musical I ever heard/saw, and it really introduced me to theatre, and gave me something I wanted to do (singing and acting)
Show: Godspell and/or Cats (first show I ever saw)
