Well, I'll tell you the story. Gather 'round, children, for story time!
There once was this woman who was a stay at home wife. One day, her husband came home and told her he wanted a divorce because he found a younger, skinnier, blonder girl and he wanted her more. Not only that, but he said he wanted her to move out the next day. She was fine. As a matter of fact, she celebrated! She bought a pound of shrimp and drank a bottle of wine. She made sure to save some shrimp tails though. The next day as she was packing the last of her things, she went to the curtain rods and stuck some of the shrimp tails in the hollow of the rod.
After she left, her husband's gf moved in. The house smelled horrible. They did everything to get rid of the stench. They shampoo'd the carpets, got the house re=painted, PULLED UP THE CARPETS!- nothing worked. Finally, they decided to move. They couldn't take it anymore. So they packed up and moved everything-INCLUDING THE CURTAIN RODS-to their new home. Apparently they weren't the only one's who hated the stench- the house would not sell. THE END
Moral of the story- watch out for scourned housewives!
