Both are my favorite Chinese in the City.
Try the dry shredded crispy beef, if you want to have a large ORGASM.
I am serious. It gave me one once.
Not sure if it was because of the cute date I had or the dish. I really think it was the food.
But the Dim sum sucks at the cafe. If you want Dim Sum stick to Chinatown.
I love Mandarin.
