Sidekick problems

I have a T-mobile Sidekick, and had been really pleased with it. Then Paris's was hacked, but I figure no one would really find mine all that interesting, so I shrugged it off. But I am now on my third day with no email, no voice mail, no AIM, no desktop interface so my calendar is all screwed up, no internet...which is really the point of having a Sidekick. Phone service, as far as I can tell, has remained intact (unless, of course, I didn't answer and someone wanted to leave a message...) and text messaging is supposedly back. The problem? According to customer service, the Sidekick server is down.

I am NOT very happy.
