Does "Taboo" have a signature love song?
If, so, which is it? I'm having trouble finding a specific one on the OBCR.

I dont know about a love song but Stranger in the World would probably be the most known song from the show.
Hmmm... the songs that's best classified as a "love song" from Taboo might be "Love is a Question Mark." God, I love that score. So beautiful.

Boy George needs to write a new musical. He cannot let his talent go to waste.
love is a question is an awesome song.wait all the music in taboo is awesome
If you asked me the two signature songs from that show would be "Stranger in This World" and "Petrified" neither of which are a love song.
I think "Il Adore" can be considered a love song, in the purest sense. However the only true love song would be "Love is a Question Mark"

bystheword, I agree.
I think Safe In The City, Stranger, Petrified and Come On In From The Outside etc. are the soul of Taboo
I love pretty much every song in that show, but when it comes to singing them, Safe in the City is my favorite one to sing. I think it just explains the Nicola character so well.
It's a show where the solos actually capture the characters almost too well. Maybe thats because when he wrote it, George knew the real people he was writing about. I don't know, but the songs in that show are absolutely perfect for their given characters. That's not just meaning the ones already mentioned here but also "I See Through You", "Genocide Peroxide", etc.

The whole cast recording ROCKS MY WORLD!
It really is one of the best modern scores around.
