Okay I went to Melbourne Pride on Sunday with a friend and it was being held in Treasury Gardens.

My friends name was George. So yes it was Sunday in the Park with George.

I told you it was silly but it hit me half way through the day and I think I frigthened George with the silly giggling I was doing just at the damn idea.

That's like when I went to the park on Saturday on what I thought was the Fourth of July.

"Shut up! It's been 29 years!!!" --the incomparable Patti LuPone in her MUCH DESERVED Tony acceptance speech for Gypsy.

I am beyond hope. I just feel like a CHP officer directing traffic often when driving by his posts - "move on folks, nothing to see here"
