I love to cook, but am not really a baker, soooo.....
luckily, mine came out really well, no craters, no sticking, and deeeeelish!
I made from scratch, whipped cream w a tad of lemon zest to go with it.
Only 4 ingredients, but your outcome depends on the quality of your ingreds. Get the best. Have fun, kiddos.

Thanks Tiny! I'm always so intimidated by baking - it's one of the few things in the kitchen I won't normally attempt!
This looks easy and sounds delicious! I'll try it and report back!

Yeah - me too - intimidated! However, I used a glass pyrex 8" SQUARE dish, which seemed to make the "flipping out onto the plate" much easier. I didn'
t have parchment, so I just buttered and floured the dish. I stuck a toothpick in after 25 minutes, and it was still gooey, so I stuck the toothpick in every 2 minutes after that until it came out relatively clean. Also, if you microwave the butter and chocolate together ( which is a cinch), you HAVE to remember to let it cool down before adding the eggs, 1 by 1. good luck. (And my kitchen is only 50 sq feet)
btw, I used irish butter (you CAN use regular butter, and I used lindt 85% caco choc), but next time I might go for 70% Belgian. who knows?
when you start adding the eggs, the batter is gonna start to look, slimy"..keep mixing with a whisk or fork, it will increase in volume amazingly and by the 5th egg, it will be a glorious, smooth batter. If it appears a bit "slimey" at first, keep mixing...no prob... A bit of elbow grease
